brunch, which my cousin was supposed to join us and didn't, kept us waiting and only replied to let us know, after I texted him. Feh.

Off to the AGO to see the massive Bowie Is exhibit, with Stirling in tow. It was good, I'll have to go back again early in the morning on a weekday when it's less manic, because OMG some people took ages reading every plaque, and blocking the view for others while they did so. It was a bit frustrating. It's drawing lots of people to the AGO but people not well versed in gallery manners. But that aside, it's a fantastic exhibit of music, multimedia, art, costumes. It makes me feel better about my wild mixed up career of writing and jewelery, there's a certain logic between doing a LOT of things. I don't feel like such an oddball after today.

We went to Eaton center, R had to exchange jeans at the GAP and we found two rompers on for Stirling at almost 90% clearance, score. Then to old navy where I got him a winter weight peacoat and we got the most cutest monster hat and a little button up dress shirt and another romper. again mega sale.

He wound up over stimulated by all the things and he's been a bit bitchy this evening for it but has finally settled.

And I'm dealing with some kind of low grade stomach bug. Bleh. I think I'm suspicious of the salmon i was eating. Could be anything really.

Oh, and we got a stroller caddy finally and I HOPE it's enough to hold a coffee cup. Seems secure. Wanted it for day to day and especially travel. Planning the calgary trip logistics already.

The AGO staff were exceptional with us and the stroller, and very sweet greeting Stirling as he was awake for much of the exhibit. Must be mindblowing at his age. We haven't really gone out of our way to shelter him from the usual racket of the city and it simply doesn't bother him.

Another classmate wants to go, we took Pam today and so my repeat trip we'll take another guest. Tickets are expensive ( 40). The exhibit's only going to 5 cities so I feel lucky as all hell we got it here.

Hit the 50 miles walked so far on my fitbit. Tomorrow we might check out the Target store in the Danforth. I keep hoping I'll find a cache of halloween baby clothes. No one seems to carry it any more.
