Stirling's going thru a crabby spell, where its crab crab groan mutter cry his face off crab crab even if he's been fed, changed, cuddled.

Good thing he's damn cute, because I was at my wits end yesterday and he just pushed it overnight with his screaming for food. He just goes off like an air raid siren the instant he realizes he's hungry.

R's working from home today so i'll go sort out my forgotten bank stuff, and get some powder formula mix. The ready mix stuff has to be refrigerated once its open ( which I didn't do yesterday oops) and guess who isn't keen on cold formula or waiting for it to warm up? yeah. We'll use it on day tripping round the city, throw a bottle in the diaper bag but I prefer the powder mixable for ease of use.

Fucking hell I'm tired today. After dcon I should be able to take on more household chores and dogwalking again. 8 week mark ish.

Fixed my iphone by swapping it for R's. He got a new nexus. My iphone's touch screen went buggy. Waiting for the 6 to come out in a year or so.

Blarg this will be a multiple espresso day. At least the post partum ripper of a headache has finally backed off more or less completely. It wasn't epidural headache, it started long after the epi.

16 days to dcon. I'm going to miss my lad like crazy but a brief respite from him, and a couple nights of solid sleep will do wonders. I will probably call my mom daily to check on him. even if he drives us nuts right now, we adore the wee bug. He makes the best facial expressions learning to use all the muscles. He laughs, and smiles. And makes duck lips. Its a hoot.

Gad. Gonna be a long week away from him.
