Aug. 10th, 2013 09:38 pmThree weeks old, Stirling.
We're starting to get a handle on things, and starting to let him murmel himself to sleep rather than us constantly rocking him. Sometimes he just likes to squeak and mutter a bit before passing out. He isn't really a crier unless he's hungry and then its full on baby rage.
I'm recovering well, that is, my energy and endurance are definitely improving, and we've got something of a night schedule down pat for the most part.
My appetite's stabilizing too. I still hurt where the c sec cut is, and unused muscles and such, I ache somewhat most days but I try to get out for a walk daily, usually with Stirling in the stroller.
I have an aunt on FB who constantly replies to my posts with "advice" that I don't want or need. As if I'm a moron. Mind you her husband, my uncle, called me "tubby" at the family lunch when I was sick and 20 some weeks along. TUBBY? LE fUCK? Not dealing with the brightest here.
