Jul. 20th, 2011 11:28 amin epic pain today. I'm starting to be able to predict how severe each round will be, by the start up time.
Got dog some more dog-bags, booked appt for physio for ankle, ( i expect it's a 2-4 session issue).
And slowly getting stuff ready for dcon. one ring order in, another to prep, and I'm good to go. more lanyards this year, more hair clips, in 2 sizes, some chokers.
Might do some writing later, I slept HORRIBLY last night due to a double-header of nightmares.
House is clean, and we're managing to stay on top of organizing and keeping it that way. I'm impressed. We don't have a lot of space so everything has a home. Shelf in the hall contains all the stuff we need to clean, maintain and the usual : keys, laundry card, spare loo paper, paper towel for dog hork emergencies, all that stuff. Scarves and umbrellas on the back of the front door.
My work space is mostly organized, so's R's. I'm trying to be more concientious about getting items returned to places where I know they'll be.
We still have Mount Laundry to deal with.
In the weeks before classes start I'll probably try to stock the freezer a bit and get some recipes for slow cooker things and menu things because I don't want a repeat of Dal where i'm trying to work, study, cook AND clean. It gets to be too much and things go haywire fast. A lot of the chores fall to me because I don't work a normal job, but september things change a bit.
So whatever I can do now, to simplify things for sept...all the better. Might have to invest in a microwave, and maybe do some home made reheatable dinners. We'll see. Kitchen's SO tiny!
for now, a nap, then more work.
