A little too late, Wellesley Square

Our stove is ancient and sporadically doesn't work. hole in the bathroom never properly covered. The lack of weatherstripping, for which we filed a work order but no one ever did anything. The elevators.

And now, hahahahaha I guess enough complaints crossed a city desk that they're setting up a mobile office on wednesday and inspecting the building and any tenants suites who wish it.

Of course NOW the building is painting and glossing but the heart of the issues remains, too few maintenance staff, too long overdue repairs and upgrades.

The effect as it is, is all very much like putting lipstick on a very very ugly pig.
