Disaster: ordering wrong size rings for hackies.
Miracle: fellow mailler sending a slew of his bracelets, tutorials and copies of his books for my booth, and an offer to make some hackies.

Disaster: having to return the rings, running short on time
miracle: i don't live too far, should be ok, at worst, I'm making more at dcon. life as usual.

One way to feel smart: take an online news paper's "how well do you know grade 10 science" quiz and score 5/5, better than 75% of the other respondents.

In utter buckets of pain right now. tylenol may as well have been m & ms for all the good it's done.

I would even be happy if I had to go once a month to get a dose of dilaudid for pain control, if doctors were so damn afear'd of me abusing the stuff. one dose,one teensy fucking dose and it does better than megadosing on tylenol for 3 days. ( and tramacet? fucking useless.)

I just want some pain relief that lasts longer than 2 hours. as it is, I'm not going out tonight to see voltaire because I'm in too much pain.
