Oct. 22nd, 2013 08:42 pmmelted a bezel, broke a garnet. The garnet's so securely set still that it's going nowhere unless i cut the entire thing apart, and I'm just not bothered to do that.
Finished some basic band rings and a gift pendant, shaped the inner sleeve for hollow form ring and got some final shaping done on that. and the guy next to me cruises in at 1, plays on FB on his phone, then works a bit on some wax modelling, then spends 20 min cleaning files, then cig break, then chatting, then another cig break. He hasn't cut the silver for the hollow ring, due in 2 weeks. And it's not a rush job piece either people are going to wind up HOSED.
I can pretty much take my time at this point.
This weekend is Creativ, and shelly and tam are in town. Its getting colder out, so we get to bundle bug up in cute winter clothes heheheh.
He's utterly drifted now so time to wash dishes and do some work.
