Mom sent a onesie in the mail for us, and that arrived today too. She's so delirious. And an aunt who NEVER EVER EVER talks to me is "we should meet up!" when they're in TO next week. Ok. So I'm only of value when pregnant or a mother? Is that the gist of things? You barely acknowledged my existence till now.
I'll do it, to be the bigger person but fuck, some of these people. AT least I see where her daughter gets her manners from.
feeling a bit run down lousy lately so I'm going to go rest and do some work on the novel and novella and hopefully get a restful sleep tonight. Its been sweltering in our apt, because as it gets warmer, the common hall outside is blast furnace hot and it just seems to seep in. Looking forward to the turning on of the AC. Soon, I hope.
At least I know I can have good days where I'm somewhat functional.
