May. 4th, 2010 12:26 amthe housecleaning spree continues. tuesday: start restoring order to the spare room.
found a 6 week dutch class that looks like it picks up where the U of T stuff leaves off, and gives you the certificate for NT2 ( netherlands as a second language) so that's on my wish list for spring. I should easily be able to come up with the cost, the course isn't excessively expensive, and its in Nijmegen so i can stay with enid and chris, or oldchris, or combination thereof, in bemmel. ( i doubt they'd mind at all, since they were sad we weren't staying 3 weeks or more when we visited.)
Anyway. That's my new shop goal aside from wiping out my overdraft, and it's absolutely doable. One way or the other, i'm going to take the class or one like it.
We're unlikely to do the kid having thing till well into next year I suspect, but again, that's probably best left till after we buy a place anyway. I'm only 36. fuckin spring chicken i am.
We will be buying some utility shelving in the next few days to help get stuff organised some more.Should go to sears and get sheets for guests, and a proper pillow for em at least. Maybe wednesday I'll do that.
