Rush Limbagh, for threatening to move to Costa Rica if the US Gubmint puts him under the yoke of accessable "ahem socialist" health care reform.

Of course, turns out Costa Rica does have universal, and Rushypoo, if he was a mere mortal in the US would be too high risk and too goddamn obese to get health care by any means, misses this point.
